Club 24 Gym

Ok....so the gym is completed.............I of course am overanxious to use eveyrthing and see what feels best. Overall my max curls whent to 120lbs (60lb) per dumbell, Might push that next week to 65 or 70 just to see what my true max is. I got so burnt out, that I will take the week off and only do lower body workout. My bench maxxed out at 245lb 2 reps, and man that was freakin heavy! And shoulder shruggin I was sorta disappointed......but then again I was exhausted by the time I decided to work heavy on my traps. Dumbells I was only able to use the 80lb dumbells per hand. I should be able to do least the 100lb dumbells, since I was able to grab 90's when I weighed 135 lbs. I weigh now at 175 lb.

I've met some kewl peeps there......Frank of course always helpful with pro tips. Josh, kewl skinny guy just trying to bulk up like me when I was skinny, dude puts effort. And another good friend Ricky.....lol this one is going through the "hurk" phase lol He's gonna explode if he keeps it up in about a month.....if his ego doesnt stop him lol.......naww...hes another dedicated person who wants to get fit. Theres some more peeps there....sorry for not mentioning...too tired to type. Take care all
